Mike Sprinkle is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 13 years of experience specializing in therapeutic, injury-focused bodywork. His background includes working in chiropractic clinics, sports and rehabilitation settings, resort environments, and private practice throughout Colorado.

Mike’s approach combines Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and movement-based awareness to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term healing. He has experience working with chronic pain, postural dysfunction, injury recovery, stress-related tension, athletes, and clients with complex nervous system sensitivities.

Known for his calm presence and individualized approach, Mike believes effective bodywork starts with creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can relax, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward better function and overall well-being.

Dr. James Westover’s passion for movement started at a young age. He was an extremely active kid, playing almost every sport imaginable. He thrives on testing his physical boundaries as evidenced from being a nationally ranked boardercross racer to completing a full Ironman triathlon. Because of his love for movement and sports performance, Dr. Westover obtained a Bachelors Degree in Human Performance and Sport from Metropolitan State University of Denver where he also ran track.

During his undergrad years, Dr. Westover worked as a strength and conditioning coach as well as a personal trainer. During this time, he encountered person after person who’d stopped doing what they loved because they had pain or were told that if they kept doing that activity, they would ruin their joints. This motivated Dr. Westover to seek more education to help more people get back to enjoying the activities they loved. He received his Doctorate from University of Western States, the most evidence informed school in the country. While in school, Dr. Westover spent extensive time outside the classroom increasing his knowledge and understanding of how best to get people Back2 the movements they wanted to do.

Today Dr. Westover wants to help you not only get Back2Movement but to have the knowledge to keep doing those activities as long as your heart desires.
